Pre-Competition
Registration for the programme will be open between April to May. Interested participants who are unable to find a partner will be paired with another independent participant. Prior to the competition, we will be organising a series of in-person and virtual training sessions. All participants are strongly encouraged to attend the provided sessions.
Each team must submit a total of 4 skeletal submissions, each covering a ground of appeal (the problem question has two grounds of appeal) for the Appellant and Respondent respectively. Their skeletal submissions may only rely on the authorities and cases cited in the closed list.
All registered participants will receive a package consisting of:
Closed list of selected authorities and cases (along with a ZIP package of the cases);
Guidelines and rules on skeletal submissions; and

Participants will be notified of their mooting timeslots beforehand and will receive their opposing counsel's skeletal submission.
Each round will last approximately for an hour. The Senior Counsels will argue on the first ground of appeal, followed by the Junior Counsels who will argue on the second ground of appeal. All rounds will adhere to the following structure:
